MUM FIT
Sessions are £4 hour
My name is Sarah Lininsh and as a mummy myself I understand how hard it is to feel the motivation to exercise after long hard days of running around and caring for everyone else's needs barring your own!! Including the dog!!
My classes suit you because you can exercise and feel good whilst your child/baby plays and joins in. We do exercises around them and also featuring them. So great fun for all.
You'll be with other ladies who are all like minded and usually desire the same outcome from coming to the class: good fun, feel good factor, hard work and a safe environment to bring your children to so you can relax and work out to your maximum level.
Indoors and outdoors we will use lots of space and there will be toys and space for the children too.
Classes will vary week to week with different exercises/music areas of the body we will work, so you don't get bored and we all have fun. Running with buggys, circuit training around your child/baby and floor work too for those tired abdominals.
All levels of fitness should come along and try my class as it's very adaptable and I try to take into consideration everybody's capabilities. From very fit, to mummy's that haven't trained for some time.
I recommend that the earliest you should come after having a baby is 6-8weeks as your body needs to recover post birth.
I join in as well and usually bring both my boys along to join in. Feel free to call/email to enquire and I'll answer any questions you may have.
Sessions are £4 hour and I recommend you bring water and a towel. Toys and snacks for children too, and feel free to breastfeed if needed. I may also need to feed my youngest.
Looking forward to working hard and feeling good surrounded by like minded Mums then Mum Fit is the class for you.
