Using the information gathered during the consultation we will build a programme that is specific to you, improving your weaknesses and building on your strengths. My programmes are long-term and and carefully structured, and include regular fitness assessments to make sure we are on the right path. They are designed to be used in or out of a gym, depending on what suits you, and are flexible to meet the needs of your lifestyle.

It’s only been in the past several decades that our culture has embraced a dietary lifestyle that is actively harmful to our overall health as we have learned to eat a diet rich in white sugar and other bad carbohydrates, and bad fats and a multitude of processed unnatural foods.
Tom has coached elite athletes from disciplines as diverse as triathlon, ultra running, track and field and football. As an experienced ultra marathon runner himself Tom knows what it takes to succeed at the highest level. Tom’s coaching, massage and nutritional experience, together mean that he is in the ideal position to coach you in first forays into this extreme sport, or improve on already impressive performances.
