It’s only been in the past several decades that our culture has embraced a dietary lifestyle that is actively harmful to our overall health as we have learned to eat a diet rich in white sugar and other bad carbohydrates, and bad fats and a multitude of processed unnatural foods. Specific foods will directly impact your body’s systems and significantly influence your body’s physical and mental state of fitness and health. Refined carbohydrates, for example, disrupt important hormone balance and cause your body to store excess body fat. Unbalanced nutrition is an often hidden cause of unfitness.
